Community Checking (formerly Basic Checking)
Write a few checks with no transaction charge and enjoy the freedom of checking
- No minimum opening deposit
- 24-hour ATM card access
- Receive monthly statements for record keeping and reconciliation
- Combined statement is free; you can archive documents and have the ability to see all your CSA accounts on one statement
- No transaction charge when there are 8 or less checks, ATM withdrawals or other debits; $0.75 per additional debit if over 8 debits
- No monthly fee and transaction charge if average daily ledger balance is $500 or more; $3 per month if below $500
- You may make an unlimited number of deposits without charge
Personal NOW Checking
Keep higher balances to earn interest
- Low minimum opening deposit: $500
- 24-hour ATM card access
- Receive monthly statements for record keeping and reconciliation
- Combined statement is free; you can archive documents and have the ability to see all your CSA accounts on one statement
- Earn interest on your entire checking balance regardless of checking balance level; compounded monthly
- Unlimited check writing at no monthly fee and no transaction charge when average ledger balance is $1,000 or more
- When average daily ledger balance is below $1,000, $8 per month plus $0.35 per check and each non- CSA ATM withdrawal
Special Checking
For seniors and students who want to enjoy a checking account
- Eligible for seniors (over 62 years old) and students (18 years old or over) to enjoy
- Low minimum opening deposit: $100
- 24-hour ATM card access
- Receive monthly statements for record keeping and reconciliation
- Combined statement is free; you can archive documents and have the ability to see all your CSA accounts on one statement
- No transaction charge
- No monthly fee when average daily ledger balance is $100 or more; $3 per month if below $100
